Ketchikan City Tours by Trolley
Trolley tours last from 45 to 75 minutes, and give you an overview of Ketchikan. You'll likely see Whale Park, and the historic area that includes the old and infamous Creek Street red light district that features Dolly Arthur's brothel from the 1920's to the 1950's.

Booking Advice: Creek Street tours are quite popular! These city tours are generally rated as easy in terms of physical exertion, and combine up well with other local attractions, such as the Lumberjack Show. We do suggest that you look over tour prices, because occasionally those combined tours are actually a bit higher than two complete tours (such as the Lumberjack Show and a trolley tour).
The Lumberjack Show
This show is one of the “Travel Channel's Top 10 Things To See in Alaska,” and it's very affordable and kid friendly. The competitions between lumberjacks (sawing, climbing, etc) are quite entertaining, and the background information about the lumberjacks of Alaska provides a bit of education as well.
Price: Adults expect to pay around $35.
Booking Advice: This activity is rated as easy regarding physical exercise. The $35 fee for adults is the cost you'd incur if you purchased your ticket independently. You'll also have time for shopping & snacking.

When cruising to the area, you view the bears from the boat. Flight excursions take around 5 hours, and boat trips last about 3 hours.
