Although medical care in Estonia still falls short of Western standards, Estonia’s medical care is generally good, especially in Tallinn. You may find that some medical personnel only speak limited English. Check with your insurance carrier to assure you have coverage out of country. Tallinn is a relatively safe place to visit.
