Princess Cruises now features Personal Choice Dining -- a flexible approach to dining where you can be seated at any time the Main Dining Room is open. Rather than go to dinner at a fixed time in an "early" or "late" dinner seating, there's no schedule to follow. You even have the option of making dining reservations for each night of your Princess Cruise so you can dine at a specific time of your choosing -- this ensures you will never have to wait for a table. Of course you can still select the traditional "early" or "late" dinner seatings. And, you can select from any number of dining venues onboard Princess Cruises ship's, including Sabatini's, Crown Grill and the Bayou Cafe (dining venues vary by ship).

Princess Cruises Personal Choice Dining tips:

• The earlier you show up for dinner onboard your Princess Cruise, the less of a wait you will incur.
• Princess Cruises Personal Choice Dining is between the hours of 5:30 PM -10 PM.
• This type of dining selection only applies to dinner -- lunch and breakfast are still open seating.
• The Personal Choice Dining menu is the same as the traditional assigned seating.
• Once dinner service at your table has begun, no other guests will be seated.
• Reservations need to be made at least three weeks before you sail.
• Changes can be made onboard with at least 24 hours notice, but it’s on a first come-first served basis.
